Netflix has released the official trailer for That ’90s show, taking fans back to Forman’s basement and showing them glimpses of some returning That 1970s show characters.
The highly anticipated spin-off follows Eric and Donna’s daughter Leia (Callie Haverda) as she spends the summer of 1995 in Point Place with her grandparents Red (Kurtwood Smith) and Kitty (Debra Jo Rupp).
The teaser trailer already gave fans a taste of Smith and Rupp reprising their iconic roles, but this time we’ve seen our beloved Point Place teens look grown up.

Topher Grace and Laura Prepon return as Eric and Donna, while Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher return as Jackie and Micheal, who are now married and the parents of a teenage son named Jay (Mace Coronel).
Wilmer Valderrama makes a flashy comeback as hair salon owner Fez, and he’s eager to give Kitty another makeover.
And last but certainly not least, the trailer gave fans a first look at Tommy Chong reprising his role as hippie Leo Chingkwake.
Point Place (and the Forman Basement) is also buzzing with fresh faces, as alongside Haverda and Coronel for some teen antics are Ashley Aufderheide as Gwen, Maxwell Acee Donovan as Nate, Reyn Doi as Ozzie, and Sam Morelos as Nikki.

Speaking of their return for the show, Kunis said she had some reservations about the storyline.
“My husband and I are inside together [the new show]which is weird because we shouldn’t have been,” she said.
“You know what, I called BS. I was like, ‘My character would be with Fez.’ I think I got into Wilmer’s character. And I was like, ‘Why are you and me together?’ And also, he was married at the time ’70s ended, to the character of Shannon Elizabeth, I think. Now we are 20 years old – no, 16 years later, whatever it is – and now we are married and have a child. And I was like, ‘I don’t know about this’.”
That ’90s show will premiere on Netflix on January 19, 2023.
